NostalgiaLauncher Desktop uses Ninecraft to launch versions. When downloaded from the APK, the res, assets, and lib folders are extracted, which are required by Ninecraft to run. You can use your own version of Ninecraft or another executable if you have one.
How to use a custom executable
To use a custom executable in NostalgiaLauncher, follow these steps:
- Go to the launcher settings
- Uncheck the "Use Default Launcher" box
- Select a executable's
exe - Click Save
